✅ Right of Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without providing a reason.

This right applies only to individual consumers, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 34/2014.

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when delivered

  • Be returned with original packaging, all accessories, and documentation

  • Be returned within 14 days from notifying us of the intent to return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered products.

❌ Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling

  • Opened or used batteries and consumables

These exceptions are based on Article 16(c) of Government Ordinance 34/2014.

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at: outdoor.sport.roinvest@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request”

  2. Include your order number, your name, and optionally, the reason for return

  3. You will receive return instructions and the shipping address

We recommend using a tracked courier service and keeping proof of shipment.

💳 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • You will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or denied

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of our error

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a clear description

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost
